The role involves ensuring correct solution functionality by supporting daily issues, analyzing and diagnosing client problems until resolution, and maintaining constant communication with the client regarding progress. Responsibilities also include executing support and maintenance for technology projects post-transition, adhering to SLAs, tracking incidents, documenting solutions, leading support teams, and managing incident metrics.
Requirements
Candidates must be Senior Consultants specializing in Change Management, Human Resources Processes, Payroll, and associated platforms, with academic backgrounds in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Psychology, HR Management, or Economics. Required experience includes 4+ years in Consulting, knowledge of Project Management, and a C+ English level, along with technical knowledge in Change Management tools like Prosci and familiarity with HCM platforms.
