Key activities include managing and guiding the team, evaluating business unit performance indicators, establishing tactical plans, and developing strategies to improve market positioning in the Auto segment.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience in people management, team leadership, strong results orientation, and capabilities in planning and analysis, particularly within the commercial retail area. A completed degree is desirable, along with specialization courses and mobility to reside in the Campinas and/or Jundiaí region, including experience in the dealership segment.
