Provide on-site technical support to users, identifying and resolving issues related to IT equipment and resources. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripherals. Execute diagnostics and incident resolution procedures for hardware and software.

Previous experience in IT technical support or Field Service. Knowledge of hardware, software, and maintenance of computers and laptops. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
