What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with air carrier partners. Track and analyze carrier performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and capacity utilization. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan capacity requirements based on volume projections and business needs. Continuously evaluate carrier performance and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL. Experience in program or project management and defining program requirements using data and metrics. Strong business English skills, both verbal and written.
