Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning the end-to-end customer experience, defining success strategies, and building/mentoring a high-performing customer success team. Key duties also include enabling sales through client communications, managing post-sales operations like onboarding and support, and leading logistics/returns management.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of five years in a client-facing operations or customer success role, with at least two years in leadership, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in e-commerce operations, particularly with Shopify and QuickBooks, is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with the specialty coffee industry.
