Operations and Monitoring Team

Execute daily monitoring operations on technologies such as Windows, Linux, Databases, Storage, Networking, SAP, and AS400. Perform support tasks related to the monitored technological infrastructure. Manage incidents, requests, and problems, and document operational activities following predefined standards.

Intermediate/advanced English proficiency, both oral and written. Interest in technology and continuous learning. Availability to work on holidays. Experience in monitoring using tools like Nagios, Dynatrace, or similar is desirable.
