Core Responsibilities

Manage the TRS training system by organizing and coordinating Trainer activities. Oversee the efficiency of the work team and ensure regulatory compliance regarding training and certification status of site personnel.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Candidates should have a B2+ level of English and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
