Core Responsibilities

The main functions involve reviewing historical assignments of pending payments, communicating with management regarding incidents, and following up on student collections, adjustments, and payments. The role also supports the billing team with Mexican and international students and reconciles received payments against bank statements.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience using Navision and possess good communication, problem-solving, and empathetic skills, along with excellent spelling and writing abilities. They need prior experience in similar functions, intermediate Excel skills, and availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm at the Narvarte location.
