Estagiário | Business Partner Analytics

Support BPs with structuring and consolidating data from the Cross Channels team to generate quantitative diagnostics. Actively participate in evaluation cycles, preparing and analyzing data critically. Assist in building heatmaps and talent matrices based on quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.

Academic background in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration with expected graduation by Dec/28. Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PPT). Strong analytical profile with good organizational skills and clear communication.
