Structure and analyze public offerings of securities. Conduct regulatory analyses related to financial products and capital market operations. Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and contracts. Collaborate with business areas, products, structuring, distribution, and compliance. Provide legal support to XP as a coordinator or investor to issuers and other participants in operations.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Active OAB. Consistent prior experience with capital market operations and public offerings of securities. Familiarity with products such as stocks, debentures, CRI, CRA, and investment fund quotas. Fluent in English.
