Responsibilities include improving current global payroll processes, implementing controls and metrics, and leading the Payroll team to support career development.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience with payroll processes and labor legislation, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices. Essential requirements include advanced English proficiency, proficiency with Excel, and experience in payroll implementation and project management.
