Ensure the health of engineering practices and translate business objectives into technological solutions, enhancing delivery predictability and utilizing Artificial Intelligence to improve processes and team productivity.

Proven experience in leading software engineering teams. Strong technical background in software development and engineering practices. Ability to manage and develop people effectively. Experience in translating business goals into technical solutions.
