Core Responsibilities

The Account Maintenance Executive is responsible for administering, strengthening (fidelizing), and managing the commercial relationship, as well as increasing sales and billing for the assigned corporate client portfolio. This role also ensures the correct execution of contracted services, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and guarantees overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in corporate account management and maintenance. Desirable qualifications include complementary training in Key Account Management and proficiency in CRM, commercial management tools, KPI/SLA analysis, negotiation techniques, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
