Ensure the total efficiency of the crossdocking flow (receiving, sorting, and shipping), mitigating bottlenecks and ensuring service levels (SLA). Manage large teams directly and indirectly, focusing on engagement, local leadership development, talent retention, and maintaining a healthy and collaborative organizational climate. Make data-driven decisions, monitor operational indicators, identify deviations, and implement quick action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, and SQL. Experience in managing people and operational teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Availability to work on-site in Maringá-PR, including weekends and holidays in a 5x2 shift.
