The role is responsible for guaranteeing the execution of training strategy and programs for the Mercado Libre Distribution Center operations, including developing analyses and tracking process improvements to identify training intervention gaps. This involves planning, executing training programs based on quality strategies, and analyzing learning effectiveness metrics.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Industrial Engineering degree or a related field qualification, possess strong group management skills, and have experience in training, including knowledge of STPS audit requirements and safety observations. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, strong communication skills, and availability for travel between warehouses are also required.
