Lead the integrated management of haul performance, ensuring strategic control of the lifecycle of autonomous mining truck tires and execution of technology projects aimed at operational optimization. Govern the comprehensive management of the lifecycle of OTR tires, defining guidelines, indicators, controls, and improvement plans to maximize asset performance and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive analytical models for tire wear, failure, and rotation.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial or related field, required; licensed and enabled. Minimum of 5 years managing haul road projects, data analytics roles, business intelligence, automation, or digital solutions development. Minimum of 2 years in mining units with experience in OT implementation and analytics.
