Core Responsibilities

The Renewal Manager will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customer contracts, developing and executing strategies to protect recurring revenue and reduce churn. This involves leading commercial negotiations, preparing proposals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and have experience managing the end-to-end renewal motion for subscription or SaaS contracts, including forecasting and negotiation. Required skills include proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to structure renewals and mitigate risks.
