Act as a facilitator for Design Workshops in solution conception or agile development, ensuring clarity of requirements and documentation. Test implemented solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and design automated tests on the platform. Participate in team ceremonies and address any impediments observed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent with a postgraduate certificate in the same field. At least 5 years of experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years specifically on the ServiceNow platform. Completion of official ServiceNow training courses including ServiceNow Fundamentals and Automated Test Framework.
