Perform Adds, Deletes, Changes to the program within the agreed SLA. Support Assets and Contract management by administrating entitlements and program statuses. Drive consistency by reviewing data and address errors to achieve targets set by critical metrics.
What We're Looking For
3+ years’ experience preferably in a data processing environment. Proficiency in English both written and verbal. Advanced Microsoft Office user, especially Excel. Experience with IBM Maximo or other Database or CRM software.
