Support development teams in analyzing and resolving incidents and performance issues. Analyze technical indicators, logs, and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain monitoring and observability dashboards. Assist in defining, reviewing, and evolving SLOs and reliability indicators.

Solid experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Experience with log analysis, metrics, and application troubleshooting. Knowledge of applications developed in Java and Angular. Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
