Data Science Coordinator - Credit & Collections

Prioritize and organize the portfolio of data science initiatives. Conduct follow-up rituals, remove obstacles, and ensure project quality and timelines. Review and provide technical guidance on approaches and models, and engage directly in strategic analyses and projects. Develop team members through continuous feedback and support their development plans.

Solid experience in data science with production models and strategies, preferably in credit or financial services. Previous leadership experience in managing people or technical leadership. Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experimental design, with proficiency in Python and SQL.
