Act as a technical reference for the Agro segment, supporting agency teams with knowledge dissemination and training. Provide financial consulting to associates, proposing solutions aligned with rural business needs, including rural credit and investments.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Agronomy, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Active ANBIMA certification (CPA-20 or C-Pro R). Advanced knowledge of financial products for the Agro sector, including rural credit and insurance. Availability for travel and knowledge of BI tools.
