What You'll Do
Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed towards commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure. Drive team results through training and development. Supervise customer interactions to ensure an excellent experience. Manage NPS and implement improvement actions as necessary.
What We're Looking For
Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is required; CPA 20 or CEA is preferred. Bachelor's degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred. Experience in Relationship Manager positions for individuals or businesses is necessary. Must have experience in people management.
