Lead the architecture of the ecosystem and the technological roadmap, defining the evolution of the multi-agent system and its integrations. Manage the integration, deployment, and performance of state-of-the-art LLMs, applying advanced Prompt Engineering strategies. Build and monitor data pipelines, and consult databases to enhance agent knowledge and analyze response quality.
What We're Looking For
Advanced experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and ontologies. Proficient in Python for backend services, automation, and APIs; knowledge of Go is desirable. Experience with relational and massive analytical databases (BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and microservices development with FastAPI.
What We Offer
Hybrid work modality with a base in Bogotá, Colombia. The position allows applications from Colombia and Argentina.
