Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners by translating business priorities into effective recruitment strategies. Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance and handoff for onboarding. Deliver a world-class, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey.

Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with significant expertise in end-to-end recruitment for corporate/professional hiring. Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners, influencing hiring decisions.
