Conduct daily in-person visits to agencies and clients to establish relationships with business managers. Support and stimulate new business initiatives for Cielo, including new affiliations and activation of the affiliated base. Monitor and expand business with each client in the portfolio, creating strategies to achieve results through actions, campaigns, and training.

Experience in commercial areas, preferably in the financial market or acquisition. Bachelor's degree required. Basic knowledge of sales performance indicators and organizational skills for task prioritization. Familiarity with technology for using Cielo resources and ability to perform simple calculations related to client negotiations.
