Americas Transportation Control & Performance Manager

Lead the Transportation Data & Analytics strategy across MCC & Americas. Own the Transportation Control Tower KPI and performance management framework, ensuring consistent definitions, targets, ownership and measurement across markets. Design, develop and continuously improve dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Python, Databricks and modern analytics platforms.

Experience leading Transportation, Supply Chain, Control Tower, Data & Analytics or Performance Management capabilities. Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and measurable improvements in cost, service and productivity. Strong experience with Power BI and practical knowledge of Python for analytics, automation and data processing.
