Coordenador(a) de Transportes Sênior

Lead the Transport Control Tower, ensuring real-time visibility of the network, order traceability, and quick resolution of operational bottlenecks. Conduct budget governance (P&L) and the Excellence Program (PEX) for the area, monitoring financial deviations and freight efficiency. Manage performance and relationships with suppliers/transporters, focusing on service levels and incident management.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in managing a Transport Control Tower and financial governance of freight. Strong skills in risk management processes and operational efficiency.
