Individuals Modeling Manager

Lead a credit risk modeling team for unsecured credit products aimed at individuals, managing a structure with intermediate layers and a total of approximately 10 team members. Define the risk modeling strategy for origination and portfolio reassessment of credit products. Monitor models to ensure quality of inputs and outputs, and coordinate with other teams for the rollout of new estimates/models.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar positions, with prior experience leading modeling/data science teams. Professional background in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Economics, or related fields. Deep knowledge of credit risk, preferably in unsecured products like credit cards or personal loans. Proficiency in SQL/Big Query and ideally Python.
