Core Responsibilities

The role involves providing remote and on-site technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, the assistant will manage ticket tracking, perform quality assurance on equipment for new hires, and maintain internal documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must have a technical or university degree in a technology-related field and intermediate proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, information security, and ITIL 4 certification are highly valued.
