What You'll Do
Ideate, build, and iterate digital products based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback while collaborating with business, technology, and design teams. Design the experience of new products and services that create value for users and the organization using agile methodologies. Manage and conduct testing sessions to gather user feedback and identify improvements in the user experience and interface.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. Professionals in Graphic Design or related fields. A portfolio showcasing experience in creating user-centered digital solutions. Experience working in agile projects and multidisciplinary teams.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with attendance required at the office in La Victoria, Lima, twice a week.
