Lead the company's Growth & Marketing agenda, owning acquisition, CRM & lifecycle, performance marketing, content, branding, SEO, analytics, martech, and growth initiatives in digital and physical channels. Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy focusing on demand generation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization. Manage the acquisition strategy for new customers across various channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliates.
