Lead and supervise the HR Services area in Peru, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and manage time management processes including attendance and leave. Provide support for vacation scheduling and coordinate programs to enhance employee participation in HR processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with a specialization in Human Resources. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Compensation roles. Intermediate knowledge of Office and English.
