What You'll Do
Attend to customer inquiries regarding services, ensuring that the required information and documents are adequate for service execution. Issue quotes for requested services and maintain constant communication with clients to address queries and provide updates on service results and the status of issued quotes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Food Industry Engineering. 1 year of experience in related positions and customer service functions. Knowledge of food-related health regulations and legal standards.
