Manage and develop key KPIs for the associate program, including activation rates and conversion metrics. Implement and optimize automated communication strategies to keep associates engaged. Develop inbound and outbound tactics to attract ideal new associates. Ensure smooth transition of leads from associates to the internal sales team.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. Experience in affiliate programs or indirect channels. Familiarity with BI tools like Metabase or PowerBI and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and operational efficiency is a plus.
