Build and evolve monitoring and reports of key revenue indicators for Arco, generating analytical learning and actionable insights for the Operations and Profitability team. Develop and continuously track the budget, connecting strategic and financial plans to operational guidelines. Structure executive materials and presentations for the company's senior leadership, directly interacting with key executives and leaders. Lead and coordinate the technical team, promoting team development and delivering high-impact data products.

Fluency in data and technical mastery of analytical tools (SQL and analytics toolkit). Solid problem-solving skills and experience in structuring and resolving complex business issues. Proven capability in team coordination and leadership. Excellent interpersonal communication and corporate presentation skills for interaction with senior management.
