Program Manager, Intraweek Forecasting

Define the program mission, vision, and goals while analyzing data to drive improvements. Lead the implementation of IWP Caps and Forecasting processes in Brazil, adapting best practices to the local context. Manage multiple projects, influencing and communicating with internal partners, while overseeing gaps between teams and processes.

Bachelor's degree. Experience in program or project management and team management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams and defining program requirements using data and metrics.
