What You'll Do
Diagnose the maturity of the Private segment in each office. Build personalized strategic plans for each operation. Define, monitor, and review initiatives aimed at growth, expansion of the Private base, churn reduction, and profitability increase.
What We're Looking For
Experience in top-tier strategic consultancies (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) or in strategy, transformation, or business development areas. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and influence capabilities with senior leadership.
