Act on the internalization of technical knowledge currently concentrated in external consultancies. Support initiatives for the migration of legacy systems under technical guidance. Understand the team's backlog, priorities, and business impacts. Build solid relationships with Squad Leader, PO, and client areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience as a developer and analyst in ERP. Familiarity with CRM or corporate integrations. Practical knowledge of SP E D Fiscal and Contributions, NF-e, and basic report customization.
