What You'll Do
Define and evolve distributed system architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. Establish technical standards and best engineering practices, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Design and enhance solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures. Act as a technical reference for teams, leading architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in backend development with Java 17+ and Spring ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot. Experience with architecture and evolution of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability applications. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including modeling and performance optimization.
