Manage discipline related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system. Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR teams to identify issues and recommend solutions. Drive consistent application of process controls and ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years relevant experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
