Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of a Core Banking platform from a technology provider, ensuring alignment with business functional and technological requirements. Direct high-complexity technology initiatives, ensuring milestone compliance, priorities, dependencies, and execution commitments. Manage a large-scale structure composed of internal talent, specialized teams, and external technology providers.

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Core Banking, software engineering, and critical banking platforms. Proven experience in implementing and integrating Core Banking solutions from technology providers. Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
