The Administrative Assistant supports the Collections Department, attorneys, and the accounting team with financial recordkeeping and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing payment transactions, alerting collectors to failed transactions, and editing settlement documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
