Act on the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions, focusing on Payroll Control Center. Configure payroll processes, including vacations, terminations, and benefits. Develop rules and specifications, prepare data sets, and conduct various testing phases.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects. Advanced knowledge of Brazilian payroll processes and experience in creating functional specifications.
