Facilities Coordinator III, NA AMOC, NA AMOC

Monitor alarm systems and dispatch local vendors. Triage and respond to alarm signals within standard service level agreements. Handle inbound calls from stakeholders during ticket follow-ups and provide status updates. Proactively evaluate the status of assets to identify potential issues requiring escalation.

1+ years of customer service or back-office roles in corporate environments. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls. High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time, permanent, non-remote position based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Selected candidate(s) will be required to work from SJO11. Schedule(s) available for this role are Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 to 18:00 or Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00 to 18:00.
