Support and develop the portfolio of individual members, providing necessary assistance to portfolio managers. Prospect new members and businesses, conducting visits to enhance relationships. Facilitate member interaction with self-service channels and provide guidance on financial products.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields. Experience in commercial customer service and relationship management. ANBIMA certification CPA is mandatory, C-Pro R is desirable.
