Core Responsibilities

The role involves being the operational liaison between Purchasing, Suppliers, Accounting, Treasury, and all GeoVictoria areas to standardize processes, strengthen transparency, and support regional expansion through correct purchasing and payment management. Key tasks include managing purchase requests, evaluating suppliers for cost-efficiency, approving purchases, maintaining rigorous documentation in SharePoint, and coordinating daily payments with Treasury.

Requirements

Candidates must possess advanced Excel skills, high internal client orientation, organization, rigor, and attention to detail, along with less than 2 years of professional experience. A degree (or in process) in Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or similar is required, along with 100% on-site availability in Providencia.
