Estagiário(a) Infraestrutura e TI - Centro Administrativo

Provide internal support including remote configurations for printers and telephony. Assist agencies and internal users in resolving technical issues. Verify IT components and configure cloud and IP telephony. Support mobile device configurations and manage access in the system.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology or related fields. Must reside in Curitiba/PR. Good communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and empathetically. Familiarity with technology.
