Execute and manage lead recovery initiatives and conversion in the broker sign-up funnels, mitigating drop-offs and bottlenecks. Operate proactive outbound cells from strategic public broker databases to attract new partners in priority markets. Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on pilot attraction projects, such as Click to WhatsApp initiatives and new sign-up journeys.

Previous experience in operations, operational projects, sales support, or partner/client acquisition/conversion cells. Intermediate knowledge in spreadsheet manipulation (Google Sheets or Excel) and comfort with operational data. Familiarity and enthusiasm for applying Generative Artificial Intelligence tools and automations in daily work.
