Be part of the Elite Response Team responsible for the resilience of the Itaú app. Handle incidents and recover critical journeys quickly when failures occur. Transition from reactive to proactive operations using software engineering, automation, and SRE practices to prevent issues from reaching customers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Solid experience in software engineering with the ability to build solutions in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java). Experience with production system operations, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
